Support shaped around the person

  • Consistent workers, not a rotating roster of strangers
  • Local to regional Victoria, including the small towns
  • Goals, routines and choices set by you
How we work

Practical help, delivered by people who turn up

Good support is mostly ordinary things done reliably: the morning routine, the drive to an appointment, a hand with the shopping, someone to sit and talk with. That is the work we take seriously.

Person-first, always

We start with how you like your day to run, then build the support around it — not the other way around.

Genuinely regional

Based in the Bannockburn and Gheringhap area, we cover the Golden Plains towns that metro providers routinely decline.

Reliable rosters

Shifts are matched carefully and kept steady, so you are not re-explaining your routine to a new face each week.

Supports we provide

Where our workers can help

A snapshot of the day-to-day supports we deliver. Hours are arranged flexibly, from a short weekly visit through to daily assistance.

Daily living & personal care

Assistance with morning and evening routines, showering and dressing, meal preparation, laundry and keeping the house in order.

Community participation

Getting to the things that make a week worth having — sport, the library, a class, the shops, a coffee with people you know.

Transport & appointments

Door-to-door transport for medical appointments, therapy and errands, including the run into Geelong when local services are booked out.

Skill building

Working alongside you on cooking, budgeting, public transport, technology and the practical steps toward living more independently.

Respite & short-term support

Planned or occasional cover so family carers get a genuine break, with the routine kept familiar while you are away.

Navigating your supports

A hand with the paperwork, scheduling and referrals, and clear notes so everyone involved in your supports is working from the same page.

Getting started

Four unhurried steps from first email to first shift

No hard sell and no obligation. We would rather spend an hour understanding what you need than sign you up to hours that do not suit.

  • You choose who supports you, and you can ask for a different match at any time.
  • Hours can scale up or down as circumstances change.
  • Family, carers and coordinators are kept in the loop when you want them to be.

Send us a note

Email a short outline of the support you are after and where you are located.

Have a conversation

We meet at home or somewhere comfortable and talk through goals, routines and preferences.

Agree the plan

Days, hours, tasks and who attends are written down plainly and agreed before anything starts.

Start, then review

Support begins, and we check in early to adjust anything that is not working.
